An online designer of aluminium enclosures for electronics. Enter the dimensions in millimetres, place holes and connectors — and get ready-to-make drawings for a CNC mill or a laser. No installation, no CAD skills needed.
Width, height, depth and the thickness of every wall in mm. Lengthwise and crosswise partitions, a base plate with mounting ears, an optional overlapping lid.
M3, M4 or M5 threaded corner cubes are placed automatically; you can add your own. Thread length at most 3×d.
Clearance holes per ISO 273 (M3 Ø3.4 · M4 Ø4.5 · M5 Ø5.5), counterbores for socket head screws per DIN 974-1, tap drills 2.5 / 3.3 / 4.2 mm.
Round and rectangular cut-outs, connectors (XLR, jacks, potentiometers…), vent patterns, engraved text. Drag with the mouse, type exact values in mm, zoom lens for details.
3D assembly, exploded view, panel interference check and a manufacturing-readiness report.
